Thirteen people feared dead in an IED attack along Arania-Mandera highway.
At the break of day today, a matatu hit an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) leaving 13 dead and eight more seriously injured.
Police suspect the attack was planned by Al-Shabaab militants who are known to come in from Somalia. The incident occurred eight kilometers from Mandera town.
