A Twitter influencer and three of his buddies were discovered in Kijabe Forest, Kiambu County, killed with their body parts chopped off.

The influencer is one of four mutual friends who went missing in Nairobi’s Kasarani neighborhood a week ago. A fourth body believed to be linked to the three has been discovered in Magadi, Kajiado County.

It has now been revealed that Frank Obegi and three of his companions might be among the three unidentified remains discovered in Kiambu on Sunday by residents of Lari.

On Monday evening, Twitter users identified the four as Mr Obegi, his buddy Mike, Eli, and an unnamed victim. The bodies are now being kept at Nairobi’s City Mortuary.

Before the terrible finding, the four are said to have vanished from Kasarani, Nairobi County, between Monday and Wednesday last week.

The bodies were discovered just three weeks after two bodies were discovered in the River Tana in Embu County. The identities of the two have yet to be determined with police stating that the two young guys were suspected of having been murdered.

Their bodies are still unclaimed at the Embu Referral Hospital morgue.

Three further victims were recovered from the River Yala in Siaya County in March, three months after 27 other remains were discovered dumped near the Ndanu falls, bringing the total number of dead plucked from the river to 30.
