A lady and her three children, including an unborn child, were brutally murdered leaving Poroko village in Trans Mara West sub-county, Narok County in grief.

A 17-year-old kid in Standard Eight at Kipupu Primary School was named as the main suspect.

The suspect is the nephew of the murdered woman, according to Trans Mara West police chief Hamisi Gonzalla.

The woman may have been killed by the teenager by stabbing her in the head, chest, and other areas of her body, according to police. The youth was serving a probationary term for stealing from the deceased.

He had stolen utensils as well as a radio. The woman begged the authorities not to put him in jail at the time because she believed that doing so would harm her connection with her immediate family.

The teenager was described as a notorious criminal by his neighbors and close family.
